Armourseal - Sign Manufacturing - Encapsulation

At this stage, you have your prints.
These are now to be converted into signs.
Armourseal will uniquely encapsulate them into durable GRP panels.
The results are vandal, weather and graffiti resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use (interpretation, maps) or within humid interiors (swimming pools, garden centres).

Surface Finish
  • GLOSS - for enhanced colour
    or
  • SATIN - for reduced glare
Size

Your panels are not restricted to a range of set sizes. They can be produced to any dimension you wish up to the following maximums:-

  • Gloss - 3400mm x 1270mm
  • Satin - 3400mm x 1575mm
Thickness

Between 3mm and 12mm in solid GRP, your choice of panel thickness is normally determined by it's method of fixing or support.

  • 3-6mm - Suitable for mounting against a flat surface e.g. flat wall
  • 8-10mm - Suitable for stronger frame mounting
  • 12mm - Suitable for freestanding post / lectern / cairn / wall fixing with rear bolts

Plus, whilst the majority of our signs have four straight edges, this is not a restriction. Your signs can be trimmed with both shapes and curves
